Our counsellors are some of the most highly trained and experienced relationship counsellors and sex therapists in Britain. They are trained by Relate to a nationally recognized standard. They work to the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and ethics and abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Ethical Framework).

Most of our counsellors work in premises which we provide. In the Hastings and Rother Districts, however, the counsellors are licensed by Relate. They work independently and clients can make appointments directly with them.

Our counsellors receive continuing support and supervision and have access to a range of professional consultants to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice.

Sex therapists are experienced relationship counsellors who have had further specialized training to enable them to help people to achieve positive change in their sexual relationship.

We have positive programmes to enlist and train lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, black and minority ethnic counsellors, to ensure that our services are welcoming and accessible to everyone.
